Returns 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item has to be unused, unopened, and in the exact same condition that your received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

In the event of the return process (if applicable), the Seller shall return to the Consumer all payments received from him, excluding the costs of delivering the goods, without delay, and in every case no later than 30 days from the day on which the Seller received a refund package. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

The payments you have made, excluding the costs of delivery of the goods as indicated in the terms and conditions, will be returned to you without delay, however, no later than within 30 days from the day we receive your return package. The Seller will make the refund using the same methods of payment that were used by the Consumer in the original transaction unless the Consumer agrees to a different solution. In any case, the Consumer will not incur any fees in connection with this refund.

 

Consumer Complaint - Faulty Product

In case the goods purchased from us turn out to be defective, you have the right to make a claim.

Regarding the defect, you can demand:

Replacing the item with one that is free of defects,

Removing the defect,

Price reduction,

As a rule, you can report a complaint within a year of noticing the defect, but the time for submitting a complaint cannot end before the expiry of the item warranty period.

Your complaint will be considered (responded to) within 30 days from the date we receive your complaint notification.

Refunds/Consumer Complaint (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/Consumer Complaint. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please take a video or photo showing that the product is defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@tryvisionner.com

Damaged on Arrival

Please let us know if the product is damaged when you received it. And we will do a exchange for you. 

Warranty

All purchases are protected by a 2 year warranty. If the item is broken, we can do a free replacement. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
